During a lovely winter in February,

on a whim, a group of friends and I decided to spend a weekend at the mountains of Catskills. Though I am a native New Yorker, it was my first time visiting the Hudson Valley. I immediately fell in love with the charm of the quaint town of Tannerville. There were so many local activities that I found relaxing and enchanting. From that point on, I regularly traveled to the Valley. Exploring different towns and cities became a regular weekend getaway. In 2016, I decided to take the big leap and purchase my first property, the Mediterranean Retreat in Woodstock. The Spanish style home is located in a quiet cul-de-sac consisting of two blocks developed in the early 1970s. Reviving the original charm of the home became my passion. Renovating and restoring the Woodstock home opened up a new found affinity for renovating and designing homes. While still in the midst of completing and fine-tuning the Mediterranean Retreat, I found the special Hilltop Cabin in Kerhonkson. I was immediately enthralled with the hilltop cabin. I knew with a little loving hand; I could turn it into the perfect all-inclusive vacation home. The spontaneous purchase of the cabin meant that I had to personally update and design the home. Every weekend for three and a half months, I painted walls and tiles, replaced light fixtures, removed carpeting and made it a home with the help of friends and family.

Both houses though completely unique, offer the same homey and comforting experience. Thoughtful designs with all amenities provided allow guests to sit back, relax and enjoy a splendid holiday.
